Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Return & Exchange Window
- You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
- To raise a request, email us at info@rootedharvest.in.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as delivered
- Returned with the invoice at the time of pickup
Used or opened products are not eligible for return or exchange.
When Returns/Exchanges Are Allowed
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The product is expired on arrival
How the Process Works
- Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from the same delivery address.
- You will be notified of the scheduled pickup date.
Exchange Timeline
- Replacement products are delivered within 3–5 working days after pickup.
Delivery Issues
- For any delivery-related concern, contact us within 48 hours of the order being marked delivered.
Quality Concerns
- For quality issues, email clear details and photos to info@rootedharvest.in.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
- If approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
For Prepaid Orders
- If cancelled after processing (but before shipping), 50% of the amount will be refunded.
For COD Orders with Advance Payment
- Advance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Right to Cancel
Rooted Harvest may cancel an order due to:
- Stock unavailability
- Pricing/technical errors
- Incorrect customer information
- Operational issues
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform you whether your refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically reflect in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
